Shell LiveWIRE is an international programme for young people seeking to start their own enterprise. It was officially launched in Singapore on 23 August 2000 by the Senior Minister of State for Education, Mr Peter Chen. The programme is managed by Institute of Technical Education (ITE), in collaboration with Shell Companies in Singapore, ITE Alumni Association (ITE AA) and the Chinese Newspapers Division of Singapore Press Holdings (SPH CND).
Shell LiveWIRE is a premier source of free information and advice for young people starting a business in Singapore. It offers a complete range of support to help you realize your entrepreneurial dream.
Shell LiveWIRE International works to promote the spirit of enterprise in young people around the world. Working through local enterprise development organisations and partnerships with schools, universities, governments, other corporations and community programmes, Shell LiveWIRE delivers practical support to those people as they develop the skills needed to plan, launch and manage new business enterprises.
Shell LiveWIRE programme is now operating in 20 over countries throughout the world.
